Beneath the Surface

Beneath the Surface’ continues my exploration of spontaneity, layering, and organic movement. Built through the same process of glazing, masking, and intuitive mark-making, the composition evokes an underwater garden — where shapes drift, intertwine, and reveal hidden patterns of light. Through the play of turquoise, violet, and magenta, I wanted to capture that quiet sense of wonder that emerges when structure dissolves into flow.

The piece reflects my fascination with what lies unseen yet deeply felt — a reminder that we are more than what we see, shaped by layers of emotion, memory, and quiet transformation beneath the surface.
